We have recently been recommended The Highworth Dental practice in Sheep Street ,Highworth.My partner Jed had an issue with his tooth/gum and as his previous Dentist had retired we were looking for a new one.I phoned and explained and that we had been given the name of Dr Richard Stevens and asked if he was taking on new patients.We were lucky on two counts in that he was taking on new patients and had a cancellation that day.So Jed went along, the immediate atmosphere when you walk in is friendly and as relaxing as it can be with a visit to the dentist.The Receptionist was welcoming and we both completed the registration forms.We particularly like the way the Dentists/Nurses actually come to collect the next patient.Unfortunately Jed needed an extraction which could be done then.He felt at ease and we were both impressed with the professional and kind manner that we were both dealt with.The Practice have phoned today to check that Jed is OK, a really caring touch showing to us that you are an individual and not just a number.I know that we have only made one visit but our first impressions are excellent.5 stars
I don't think you could make your reception staff any better, they are both wonderful. The lady dentist i saw was very professional and caring i an so glad to have been able to come back to the Highworth practice, my wife will also be attending.
Did seem to have an issue with an ever revolving different dentist each time I visited. I am pleased to say the 'team' seems to be much more stable now though. Having said that all dentist both in the past and currently were/are always very professional and helpful. Hygienists are also all very pleasant and professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending this dental practice.
I have used this practice since 1981 and have seen nothing but ongoing improvement of service. The professionals I was booked with - The Dentist (Dr Richard Stevens) actually tells you what he is doing in a very informative manner, which I like and the Hygienist (Ceri) is most gentle but very very thorough in her work - which was most refreshing. This practice has improved in a creative helpful manner over the years and I have no hesitation in recommending this practice.
Highworth Dental Practice is 5 stars all the way. From the moment you walk in and are greeted by dazzlingly pretty receptionists with great smiles! Then you get Dr Richard Stevens who was absolutely amazing, incredibly knowledgeable and kind, with a very good sense of humour. This practice is fully tech-ed up! I would highly recommend anyone to become a patient here!
