This fast acting amazing surgery responded to my son's needs by treating him so swiftly,personal thanks to Dr Daley-morris for Treating him and Dr Turner for his supporting roll. A big thanks to the reception team for getting him a swift same day appointment and for calling me back today and sorting out the finer details cannot thank you all enough and the ambulance crew.
Dr Turner is excellent. Just cannot get an appointment to see him. All I need is a refferral to private system. Just cant get to a gp to get one. I have more chance of winning the lotto than spending my entire working day logging into systm online and getting an appointment within the next 6 weeks! If any other surgery was accepting new patients I would move. Ridiculous process.
Don't bother, 2 weeks with out tablets and they pass you back snd forth to p.o.d it seems like they pass all responsibilities off and still can't cope.So much for mental health being serious, they can't sort out my tabs
I think it is unacceptable that there is a lottery system in place to book a routine appointment. Russian roulette with peoples health. If you take your health seriously and want to prevent a serious illness by detecting early then go to a different practice. I have called in person, by telephone and onling at least 20 occassions and constantly miss the release of routine appointments. I have to sneak out at work to make the phone calls, wait 10 minutes for my call to be answered, followed by an answer saying no appointments available try later in the week. When later in the week? Sorry cant tell you.........its a lottery!
I find if i call around lunchtime the phone wait is minutes otherwise i agree that it is a long wait. I just spoke to a lady on reception who was lovely. We also think that Dr Bond is amazing - very caring and thorough. Other Drs are good too - can't remember all names but always gave me time. Waiting room times are reasonable - much better than my old practice where a 50 min wait was the norm!
