Best to avoid this place. For your own sanity and well being. Receptionists are rude and act like they are doing you a huge favour. Clearly they dont want to be there. Take forever to answer the phone most of the time. Even had a notice there one time literally saying they were shocked at the complaints and how they strive to do a great job. Pfftt. There are one or two good doctors here. Some decent nurses too. Sadly, some doctors that dont care either. Not concerned about your problems and tell you to get over the counter pain pills.

The surgery opens really early at 8am and you are given various options. The receptionsts are helpful and put you through to the right assistance. This morning I felt unwell and was offered an emergency appt straight away. My experience as a patient at Westrop Surgery has been one of support and courtesy. Given the waiting lists of other surgeries I feel privileged and well cared for.
